Full Service Design

This is a package for the client that has big dreams, and wants to leave the execution to us. A highly collaborative design phase is followed by facilitation of the entire renovation or build process. We work with trusted partners to provide a truly hassle free experience.

• Space planning, visualized by 3D modeling and 2D drawings including scaled elevations

• Millwork design for kitchens and more

• Plumbing, lighting, and finish selections

• Furniture & fabric selection

• Paint & custom wall treatments

• Rug & flooring selection

• Artwork & accessory styling

Full service design is also offered to international clients who are open to working together on a primarily virtual basis. We provide the same level of service as local clients, and have experience completing projects in California, Grand Cayman, and beyond.

Space Planning

Whether you're planning a new build, or recently moved into a small space, another set of seasoned eyes on a layout can solve major problems, or spot them before they occur. If you'd like to choose your own furniture and finishes, but want a designer to ensure amazing sightlines and flow, choose our space planning services.

Space planning packages include:

• Detailed review of architectural plans or existing layouts

• Updated floor plans including 2D drawing proposals and 3D models where requested

• Furniture placements and sizing

Space planning services are available to clients both locally and abroad, and are conducted virtually. Following our review, we schedule a one-on-one meeting to present our design plan, with the option to make live adjustments if requested. You receive a fully dimensioned drawing package to guide your project.

Design Consultations

Our most budget friendly option, design consultations are done via Zoom and are a great option for clients who are planning a renovation or furniture shopping, but are struggling with design direction, material selection, or sourcing. These one-hour conversations with Sam offer the opportunity to ask questions or review things like drawings, design plans, or finish schedules. These can be booked as often as needed. Note that this service is not in person or on site, and does not extend beyond the one-hour call.

• Walking Sam through your home for her advice and expertise on specific rooms or areas.

• Sharing future plans of your home and design to gain her professional perspective.

• Advice on material selections, lighting and plumbing fixtures, room layout, furniture, and accessory and art planning.
